RAINBOW SKELLYHANDS FLIPMITS

I was unsure how much I would like this unconventional hand adornment, but I like them a whole lot. I frequently wear compression gloves for circulatory benefits and if I need extra warmth, the flipmits pair nicely with them. Compression gloves mess with my typing, but the open fingers with flipmits allows warm hands while typing. The flipmits are easily stored on one’s forearms if one wants open palms (or warmed forearms). While running in cool weather, keeping the hood pulled over your fingers really does help. It’s well-earned hype and not just marketing; they do everything they say they will.

With all the marketing hype you hear constantly from vendors trying to see their "amazing", "unbelievable", "must-have", etc. items, it is rare to find a product that performs even better than they say. The ability of these gloves to truly keep you warm and transform into different gloves is exactly what I needed. First use was an 11-degree morning run: Started in mitten-mode, and as usual, around mile 4, my hands were too hot. Transitioned to let the fingers breathe, and when our route took us back to wind in the face at mile 7, I transitioned back to mittens. Would recommend to anyone who has been looking for the right glove...give these a shot.

I’m a small in everything, but these. Customer service very quickly exchanged these for a medium and they are perfect. Have been loving them for all of my daily winter runs.

TREE FROG FLIPMITS

Love the flexibility FLIPMITS offers to change things up as conditions change throughout the run!

Flipmits are better than even thicker gloves when it comes to keeping my hands warm and preventing Raynaud’s related numbness. No finger constriction and I can tuck my finger tips into my palms — these things are a real life saver in the winter. Only thing that would make them more clutch is if they had a merino wool version!

And they do not disappoint! I have reynauds so my hands going unprotected during a walk or run isn’t an option (unless I wanna be really sad). The problem with running is I do eventually warm up and stuffing mittens in my pockets sucks. These are really nice to stave off the chill as I get going and then pull back once I’m good. Pulling the flip part over is kind of equivalent to balling your hands up in sweatshirt sleeves which I actually find quite effective because your hand can warm itself unlike in gloves which insulate each finger and sometimes result in my hands being just as cold

I bought these in late November and wear them daily. I always seem to have cold hands and feet and these save me. They’re also super nice sensory wise. I’ve washed them a few times and they’ve held up well. They also don’t smell or get gross. I live in the PNW and find the all season ones fit what I need weather wise. I call them my “life gloves” because I wear them pretty much all day every day. Absolutely would purchase again and have told all of my cold handed friends to get them too!
