These gloves are awesome for running.
Really thought these Flipmits would be nice is the cold, but they were able to keep my hands warm on my ruck when the temp was 18F!! Then as the sun came up you flip them open and keep going. Very impressed.

My hands always start off freezing when exercising outdoors in the winter, but ultimately end up hot. The flipmits are the perfect solution. I also gave some to my cousin who has Raynaud's Syndrome (so do I) and he was thrilled. The only thing that's challenging is holding a leash or something when they're folded over, but it's manageable.
These are amazing! Perfect for my almost always cold hands. Love that they push up when I don't need them so I can't lose them.
