When choosing your FLIPMITS size, personal preferences are important. Do you like them snug or loose, longer or shorter?
Generally speaking, length is the more important measurement to consider unless your hands are particularly long and skinny or short and wide, in which case people tend to choose based on width.
MEASURING
For length: Measure from the tip of your middle finger to base of your palm.
For Width: Measure across your hand just above the thumb
