Mits are uneven rendering the thumb gap larger on one hand. It is uneven enough to make it uncomfortable to wear. Also the threads are coming off even before first wash. I am unhappy with the purchase now.
I run early mornings and it’s been cold! These flip kits keep my hands nice and warm and once I warm up, I can roll them back. I love them so much I got a pair for my husband to use fishing!
Ordered the 4th, now the 21st and still not here. For an email apologizing and said they ship by 16th… nope… didn’t leave til 17th or 18th. Their solution: $15 discount on future order. Really? Really wish cos that mess up would Discount the order messed up on. Why would I want to order again based on this experience? Unfortunate. Wanted to support small biz.

I ordered a pair of flipmits. When I received the order, the package only contained a sticker! No flipmits! Upon letting flipmits know, they were quick to recognize their error, and immediately said they would correct it and send me my pair of mitts. Hopefully this time will be the good one. Zero star for the first package received, but 5 stars for customer service (assuming I will receive more than an empty envelope this time).
